Consumables bought on your behalf are rebilled at cost, with no markup. Repairs are coordinated by us and paid for by you, and the limit below which work proceeds without asking first is agreed with you, property by property.

Housekeeping runs after every single stay, and the inspection happens at the same visit — so wear and damage are found by us, not reported by your next guest.
