Kyle’s career began in hospitality, where he developed a passion for creating great guest experiences while working in management roles at leading hotels and restaurants. That early experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the details, service, and personal touch that go into exceptional hospitality.

After transitioning into the technology industry, Kyle continued to invest in real estate, building experience as an owner and operator while developing a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with managing properties.

New England Host Co. was born from the combination of those two passions, real estate and hospitality. Kyle saw an opportunity to bring a professional, hands-on approach to short-term rental management, helping property owners maximise the potential of their investments while delivering the kind of experience guests remember.

Today, Kyle leads New England Host Co. with a focus on thoughtful property management, strong communication, and long-term partnerships with property owners. His goal is simple: to take the work out of short-term rental ownership while helping each property perform at its best.
